Twinning
Twinning: the bearing of two children at one birth.
You could have told me we'd have twins one day and I would have never believed you. Not a fat chance. They don't run in our family. I didn't try fertility drugs. What is the likelihood?
I didn't really know what we were in for. As many books, articles, and blogs I scoured nothing really prepared me as much as talking to another momma of twins. Fortunately, once we announced to our friends/family we were having two babies it's almost as if it created a magnetic field where we seemed to attract other parents of two to us!
